FRIK Case Management System

Project

Projects that you are involved in as users are displayed on your platform. You can create a new project by entering the following basic information: name, client, contact person, start and end date, status, and the estimated number of hours.

Request for offer, sales

We can use the form option on the website to place a request for proposal form or request other information in the same way.

Ticket management

There are three sources to create a ticket: website, email, and phone. You can specify all the parameters of the tickets, assign a type (e.g. bug report), specify its importance, select the person responsible for it, or assign it to an existing running project.

The project module manages current projects at task level, making them more manageable. You can create milestones for each project and manage the tasks associated with them separately. You can assign tasks not only to our staff, but to all users involved in the project, even the client.

Our module helps automate the control and monitoring of processes. You can send notifications to the relevant parties both inside and outside the system based on different parameters. It is a very effective complement to remote working, as the colleague can receive an email notification on their phone at any time to log in to the system with a new task.

WORKSHEET

The system can create worksheets from tickets, orders, inquiries, problems, etc., and these can be assigned to the addresses of customers. And within the worksheet, you can record who does what on site or what kind of installation he/she performs.

The production processes can be managed in the process management module of the program. Once the exact tasks have been defined, an automated system is set up to ensure that all the people involved in the production process are aware of the assigned task.
