The starting point of the service is the ability to receive and file documents, so once registered, they are easy to find. Regardless of the type and form of the document, all documents are recorded in the same way and in digital format. The uniform format makes it easier to find documents. It applies to both incoming and outgoing documents.
It is essential that no important documents are lost, as the system ensures that they can be tracked from their creation until the expiry of the retention period.
